There will be six elements of civilization. The main body of civilizational activities is "Economic & Social Activities" by all the people. "Science & Technology" enrich economic & social activities, embodied in "Material Resources" such as cities, machines or tools. "Policies & Laws" keep economic & social activities sound, enabled by "Human Resources" with health and education. When policies & laws develop the next science & technologies, consideration of the "Natural & Social Environment" will be necessary. It will be useful for the development f human civilization to consider them in balance. |
